EFF Protests Outside Constitutional Court Over Phala Phala Report

Members of the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) gathered outside the Constitutional Court, demanding accountability as the party challenges the National Assembly’s decision to dismiss the Section 89 panel report on the Phala Phala saga in December 2022.

The report examined allegations surrounding President Cyril Ramaphosa’s involvement in the controversial Phala Phala farm theft.

The EFF asserts that the rejection of the report undermines efforts to hold public officials accountable.
