The deceased was allegedly linked to 29 illegal mining-related murders reported in Gauteng.
This significant development comes amid Operation Vala Umgodi, which has led to the arrest of 4774 suspects.
Additionally, authorities have seized uncut diamonds valued at R32 million. These actions demonstrate law enforcement’s commitment to combating illegal mining activities and bringing perpetrators to justice.
