ActionSA has lodged complaints with the South African Human Rights Commission against Ministers Gayton McKenzie and Dean Macpherson for alleged racist and demeaning comments.
McKenzie is accused of repeatedly using Apartheid-era slurs against black South Africans, while Macpherson allegedly used derogatory terms like “amaphara” and “hobos” to describe ActionSA supporters.
The party says it will also pursue Equality Court action if necessary, stressing its commitment to non-racialism and constitutional values.
