Police have tracked down and seized the VW Polo allegedly used in the brutal murder of 30-year-old Olorato Mongale.
The vehicle, found at a panel beater in Phoenix, Durban, had blood traces inside.
One elderly man has been arrested, but the two key suspects, Fezile Ngubane and Philangenkosi Sibongokuhle Makhanya, remain on the run.
Authorities are urging the public to help by sharing their photos.
